Jean Eichenlaub joined European Capital in May 2005 as Managing Director in the Paris office. For five years prior, Jean was Deputy Managing Director at the banque Lazard’s private equity subsidiary, Fonds Partenaires-Gestion. He has led mid-cap private equity transactions in the health sector, light industry and manufacturing, specialized distribution and hospitality involving in the aggregate more than €500 million in the French market. Before that he was a Director and head of the asset and structured finance department at Commerzbank in Paris. He began his career as a site engineer for Bovis Lend Lease in London and Madrid. M. Eichenlaub received a Masters in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He also holds a diploma in Engineering Systems Analysis from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Etienne Haubold joined European Capital in May of 2006 as a Vice President. Prior to joining European Capital, Mr. Haubold was a Vice President in the Leverage Finance team of Société Générale, one of the oldest banks in France. At Société Générale, Mr. Haubold was responsible for arranging senior and mezzanine transactions. Previously, Mr. Haubold worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant. Mr. Haubold holds a Master of Science from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from HEC. |

Stéphane Legrand joined European Capital in July 2005 as a Vice-President in the Paris office. Prior to joining European Capital, he spent over six years at Close Brothers (Harris Williams' affiliate in Europe), a middle-market M&A advisory firm, in the Paris office. As a Director at Close Brothers, he was responsible for origination, execution and realization of Mid-Cap transactions. He completed more than 15 assignments for corporates and private equity firms, especially in the consumer goods segment as well as in the light industry and manufacturing sector. Mr. Legrand received a Master's degree in Finance from Sciences-Po. He also holds a MSG degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine. Stéphane serves on the Board of Directors for Eau Ecarlate, Poliris and Alma Consulting Group. |

Jacques Pancrazi joined European Capital in May 2005 as a Principal in the Paris office. He joined European Capital from the banque Lazard’s private equity subsidiary, Fonds Partenaires-Gestion. At Lazard, M. Pancrazi was responsible for portfolio management and financial performance monitoring, in addition to several restructuring assignments. Prior to Lazard, he was Corporate Controller, Western Europe, for Primagaz Group and Financial Controller, BTR plc (now Invensys), Sealing Systems France division. M. Pancrazi began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse, Paris. He earned an MSTCF from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine and also holds a DESCF degree. |

Tristan Parisot joined European Capital in March 2007 as Director. At European Capital, Tristan will have the responsibility of promoting and generating buyouts and mezzanine investments in the French market. Prior to joining European Capital, Tristan had worked for 10 years for 3i where he started as an Associate for the Paris office, then was Investment Manager in the Nantes office and, then lastly, was promoted to Director in the Paris office. Throughout his career at 3i, Tristan closed majority and minority buyout transactions, many of which were in the business services sector. Tristan started his career in 1992 in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) as Asia manager for Agencinox, a French SME specializing in medical equipment manufacturing. He then went to Paris to work for three years as an auditor for KPMG Audit. Tristan holds a degree from EM Lyon's School of Business. |

Roland Cline has worked as a principal at American Capital since 1988, during which time he has led or participated in dozens of merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to American Capital's IPO in 1997, Mr. Cline orchestrated change-of-control ESOP and management buyout transactions. He led seven, post-IPO portfolio investments involving $209 million of ACAS funding which yielded a 19.0% weighted-average, realized IRR. Mr. Cline has served as a director at 10 American Capital portfolio companies during the past 10 years. He was promoted to Managing Director of the San Francisco office in 2001 and became a member of the Investment Committee in 2002. Mr. Cline was seconded to the Paris office in 2005. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Cline founded and directed an advisory firm that specialized in leveraged buyouts and other investment banking services, and undertook a limited engagement to provide investment banking and privatization services in Eastern Europe. Prior to that Mr. Cline worked for the Industrial Cooperative Association where he led his first leveraged ESOP buyout in 1985. From 1979 to 1983, he was Director of Technical Assistance at the Institute of Public Administration where he developed turnaround business plans for manufacturing firms. From 1976 to 1979, Mr. Cline held management positions in market research and business planning at the Alberto Culver Company and at International Harvester. Mr. Cline earned a B.A. in 1970 and an M.B.A. in 1976, both at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. |

Didier Lefèvre joined European Capital in October 2007 as Principal in the European Operations Group in the Paris office. Before joining European Capital, Didier has managed major international companies in the consumer goods sector for 15 years. His positions included Chairman of Kronenbourg, a brewery; Managing Director of Yoplait, a manufacturer and distributor of dairy products; Chairman of Saupiquet, a producer of canned fish; and Chairman of Peaudouce, a manufacturer of diapers. Didier started his career at Danone in the Sales and Marketing Department. Didier holds a degree from HEC Business School. |

Erik van Duijvenvoorde joined European Capital in September 2007 to head up its financial due diligence, valuations and portfolio monitoring team in Europe. Erik has over 20 years of experience primarily with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both Paris and London. His experience at PwC includes transaction services, business recovery and turnaround and general audit and accounting in a broad range of industry types including retail, distribution, services and manufacturing. Erik is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. |

Julien Darsy joined European Capital in March 2006 as the Manager of FACT (Financial Analysis and Compliance Team) in charge of financial due diligence, valorization and portfolio monitoring at Paris office. Julien was previously with KPMG for six years, first in Germany and then in Paris in Transaction Services. At KPMG, Julien led both vendor and buy-side due diligence reviews and provided accounting assistance on several major cross-border deals in Europe and the US, including buyout of Editis by fund Wendel and sale of Sarah Lee Europe. Julien graduated from Edhec Business School. |
